The Resilient Sounds RS 12″ D4 – 500w RMS Subwoofer wasn’t built to be your average budget driver. Instead we went above and beyond with our entry level RS-12 and RS-15 featuring 3” 4 layer VC, triple stacked nomex spiders, and a 130 oz motor! This series will also include the RS-8 which features dual stacked nomex spiders and a 100 oz motor. The RS Series is rated 500 watts rms / 1000 watts peak for all models.

B stock – Might come with scratches/chips/dings or may even look used. These items might not come in original packaging either. However they are 100% in working order and the “b stock” status is due to the cosmetics.

Old Stock – older equipment that has been “pushed to the back” of the pile for a while. Clearing out to make room for new. May contain dust, damaged packing, etc.

Warranty

Resilient Sounds Speaker/Subwoofer warranty covers manufacturer defects for 1 year from the date of purchase if purchased from an authorized Resilient Sounds Dealer.

This warranty does NOT cover improper installation, accidental damage, burnt or unwound coil, abuse, improper wiring, operation outside of suggested use, exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation, damage due to clipping or distortion, and ripped/torn or burnt spiders, lead wire, cones, and/or surrounds, and any repairs or alterations done by anyone other than Resilient Sounds, any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of product.

If the product is found to be defective and under warranty shipping both ways will be free of charge. Resilient Sounds has sole discretion to choose to repair or replace a product that is under warranty. If your speaker is replaced/repaired outside of warranty or if no defect is found and your product must be returned to you shipping both ways will be billed to you.

This warranty is only valid with the original purchaser for 1 year from the date of purchase with the original invoice or receipt.

​The customer is responsible for packaging the product properly any damage incurred during shipping the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement in the event of shipping damage.
