Please allow 24-48 hours to process an order (give or take) for in stock items. In some cases, built to order items will take longer and will be noted on the product page. For orders outside the continental US, we will charge shipping after the order is placed, but prior to shipment. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Xplicit Audio offers a 30 day return after the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns will be subject to a maximum 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your product delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Current list of unreturnable items is at our discretion.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Current list of partially refunded goods are at our discretion.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 weeks.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We do no exchange/refund items damaged in shipping. If an item is damaged in shipping, you must open a claim with Route, or if you declined the coverage, the shipping provider.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide – not what’s on the shipping label.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancelations Prior to Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, regardless of stock status (pre order, back order, in stock, etc) or time frame, a 5% processing fee will be held from your refund. If your item is built to order and already in production, an additional 15% processing fee will be held from your refund. Please note, if your product is a built to order item, we have the right to refuse cancelation if product is already in production.
